Browned, sauteed and roasted
Lyonnaise potatoes, scalloped, gourmet mashed and salads
Hash browns, gourmet mashed, salads, casseroles, soups and stews
Saucepan: Plunge the inner bag into a pot of boiling water and heat for 5 minutes.
Oven or grill: Add cooking fat to oven-safe dish or grill, add potatoes and seasoning and heat at 170oC (338°F) for 15 minutes.
Microwave: Pierce a few holes in the bag and heat on HIGH for 1 minute.
Frypan: Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel, then brown potatoes in a pan, covered, for 5 minutes. Drain, season to taste and serve.
Important: Handle package with care. Do not pierce or crush.
Store between 4°C (39°F) and 25°C (77°F). After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
